These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Big Paws Planner ("the app"), operated by Omega Brewer-Gonzalez personally, doing business as Big Paws Planner / Big Paws Unleashed. By using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. About Big Paws Planner
Big Paws Planner is a subscription web application designed to help owners of large and giant breed dogs track health, nutrition, training, and related care. The app provides tools and guidance, but it is not a substitute for professional veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
2. Accounts and eligibility
To use most features, you need to create an account. You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to subscribe.
3. Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation
Big Paws Planner is a monthly subscription service. We offer two plans:
- Starter: $15 per month.
- Pro: $25 per month.
Both plans include a 14-day free trial. Your card will not be charged until the trial ends. Subscriptions bill monthly and continue until you cancel. You may cancel anytime from your account settings. There is no long-term contract.
From time to time, we may offer a limited founding-member discount. Discounts are applied at checkout where eligible and do not change the other terms of your subscription.
4. Free trial
New subscribers are eligible for a 14-day free trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged. After the trial period, your subscription will begin and billing will continue monthly unless you cancel.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the app. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Attempting to access another user's account or data.
- Using the app for illegal, abusive, or harmful purposes.
- Reverse engineering, scraping, or interfering with the app's operation.
- Uploading malware or harmful code.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
6. Intellectual property
The app, its design, code, content, and branding are owned by Omega Brewer-Gonzalez. You retain ownership of the data you enter. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for your personal dog-care purposes during your active subscription.
7. Disclaimers
Big Paws Planner is provided "as is" and "as available." While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that the app will always be error-free, complete, or suitable for your specific situation. Always consult a qualified veterinarian for medical decisions about your dog.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Omega Brewer-Gonzalez is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
8. Modifications to the service and terms
We may update the app, pricing, or these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will provide notice by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Delaware.
