Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how billing and refunds work for Big Paws Planner, operated by Omega Brewer-Gonzalez personally, doing business as Big Paws Planner / Big Paws Unleashed.

1. Try before you pay

Every new subscription begins with a 14-day free trial. You can use the full features of your selected plan during this period without being charged. No payment is collected until the trial ends, so you have time to decide whether Big Paws Planner is right for you and your dog.

2. Monthly billing

After your free trial, your subscription bills monthly in advance. Plans are:

Starter: $15 per month.
Pro: $25 per month.

A limited founding-member discount may be available for eligible early subscribers and is applied automatically at checkout where applicable.

3. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will continue to have access until then. There is no long-term contract and no cancellation fee.

4. Refunds

Because each subscription begins with a 14-day free trial, we do not issue refunds for partial months that have already been billed. When you cancel, you keep access through the end of the billing period you have already paid for.

That said, we understand that exceptional situations happen. If you believe your circumstances warrant a refund, contact us at omega@omegabreweronline.com and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis. Any refund granted is at our sole discretion.

5. Failed or declined payments

If a monthly payment fails, Stripe may retry the charge according to its standard dunning process. If payment cannot be collected, your subscription may be suspended or cancelled, and you will lose access to paid features until billing is restored.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted with a revised "Last updated" date.
